What you'll receive. If you check the text-message box when you sign up, GoalLine Cyberphone will text the mobile number you gave us with account and support messages: sign-in and security notices, billing and plan notices, service alerts about your lines, and replies to your support requests.

How often. Message frequency varies.

Cost. Message and data rates may apply.

Stop anytime. Reply STOP to cancel. You'll get one message confirming you've been unsubscribed, and no more after that. Reply START to opt back in.

Help. Reply HELP for help, or email support@goallinecyberphone.com.

Consent is optional. Agreeing to texts is not required to buy or use the service.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your number.

Your account

You must give accurate details and keep your sign-in secure. You're responsible for activity on your account.

Your plan and billing

Plans are billed monthly in advance through Square and renew until you cancel. Fair-use allowances and add-on prices are shown in the app before you buy. Cancelling stops future charges; the current month is not refunded or prorated unless required by law. Our Refund & Cancellation Policy covers every charge in detail and is part of these terms.

Recovery fees. Your plan and each additional line carry two GoalLine Cyberphone recovery fees, each a percentage of that line's monthly price: a Federal Regulatory Recovery Fee of 10% (currently $6.40 on the $64 plan and $0.50 per additional line), which recovers our costs of federal programs such as the Universal Service Fund and FCC regulatory fees; and a State & Local Compliance Recovery Fee of 20% (currently $12.80 on the plan and $1.00 per additional line), which recovers our costs of state and local obligations such as 911 fees and telecommunications and sales taxes.

Cyberphone balance. Usage beyond your plan — List Dialer calls after the dials your plan includes each month, branded dials, spam checks and number replacements — is paid from a prepaid Cyberphone balance at the prices shown in the app. You add funds through Square. Each refill carries the 10% State & Local Compliance Recovery Fee described below, itemized at checkout; your balance is credited the full refill amount, and usage is then deducted at the listed price with no further fee. If a paid service can't be completed, its charge is returned to your balance. If you turn on auto-refill, you authorize us to charge the card Square holds for your account the refill amount you chose, plus the recovery fee, each time your balance drops below the amount you chose, until you turn it off in Billing. It switches itself off after three declined charges.

Your Cyberphone balance is not refundable once used, has no cash value, and is non-transferable. It stays available while you are subscribed. If you cancel your plan, our cancellation policy applies: you can keep using your balance by reactivating your plan within 1 year of the date you canceled, and after 1 year any remaining balance will no longer be able to be used. This applies to accounts opened on or after October 22, 2026; accounts opened before then keep their balance under the terms in effect when they joined. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Recovery fees on other services. Services bought separately from the plan — Cyberphone balance refills (and, before the balance existed, spam checks, number replacements and branded calling refills), and Line Protection Plan subscriptions and corrections — carry a State & Local Compliance Recovery Fee of 10% of that charge. They do not carry the Federal Regulatory Recovery Fee, because the federal programs that fee recovers apply to telephone service rather than to these charges. The fee that applies is itemized on the checkout page and on your receipt before you pay.

Every recovery fee described above is a fee we charge. None of them is a tax or a charge imposed on you by any government, and none is remitted to any government as a pass-through. Where we are registered to collect sales tax, that tax is charged as its own separate, labeled line. We may change these fees with notice.

Sales tax. Where we are registered to collect sales tax in the state of your service address, it is added as its own separate line at the rate required by law. It is based on the service address on your account, so please keep it current.

Line Protection (spam protection) plans

Line Protection plan coverage. Plan allowances are based on Cyberphone's standard allowance of 5 lines. The Standard plan covers 5 lines on your account; additional lines are not covered by Standard. Pro and Priority cover all lines on your account, including additional lines, but the monthly number of fixes does not change with the number of lines (Pro: 10 fixes per month; Priority: 15 fixes per month).

Your use of calling and texting

You are responsible for the calls and texts you make with the service, including following the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the Telemarketing Sales Rule, state telemarketing and calling-hours laws, and the National Do Not Call Registry. You must have the consent the law requires before texting anyone, and you must honor opt-outs. Texts from your lines to your own customers require your business to be registered with the carriers (10DLC); the app walks you through it.

You may not use the service for spam, harassment, illegal content, spoofing, or to reach anyone who has asked you to stop. We may suspend lines or accounts used this way.

Emergency calls

Internet calling may not work during power or internet outages, and 911 calls may not reach the right emergency center or share your location correctly. Keep another way to call 911.

Phone numbers

Numbers are assigned to your account while it's active. When you release a line or delete your account, the number goes back to the carrier and may be given to someone else.

Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the three months before the claim.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms and will tell you about material changes. Questions: support@goallinecyberphone.com.
