This policy explains what GoalLine Cyberphone ("we", "us") collects when you use our website, web app and mobile apps, how we use it, and the choices you have.
To provide and bill for the service, route your calls and texts, keep your lines off carrier spam lists, send you account and support messages, meet our legal and carrier obligations, and prevent fraud and abuse.
We do not sell, rent or share your mobile number or your text-messaging opt-in consent with any third party or affiliate for their marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information collected for our SMS program is used only to send you the messages you agreed to receive.
We share phone numbers and message content only with the telecommunications providers that deliver the messages (for example, our carrier Telnyx and the recipient's wireless carrier), and only as needed to deliver them.
Service providers that run the service for us — telecommunications (Telnyx), payments (Square), email delivery and cloud hosting — under contracts that limit their use of your data to providing those services. We also disclose information when the law requires it, or to protect our users, our service or the public.
We keep your data while your account is open. When you delete your account (in the app: More → Delete account) we cancel your plan, release your phone lines, and delete your contacts, messages, voicemail recordings and transcripts, and settings.
We keep some records after deletion because the law or the phone carriers require it: text-message opt-in and opt-out records and basic call records (numbers, times and durations, without recordings or notes) for at least five years, and billing records for as long as tax law requires.
You can review and change your details in the app, text STOP to any GoalLine message to stop texts, and delete your account at any time. To ask for a copy of your data or for help, email support@goallinecyberphone.com.
GoalLine Cyberphone is a business service and is not directed to children under 13.
If we change this policy we will update the date above and, for material changes, tell you by email or in the app.
