We answer during US business hours, Monday to Friday, and aim to reply within one business day. Email from the address on your account so we can find you quickly, and tell us which phone number the problem affects.
GoalLine Cyberphone does not use passwords. Enter your email and we send you a six-digit code; type that code to sign in. The code expires after 10 minutes — if it has expired, or it never arrived, request a new one and check your spam folder. If the code still does not arrive, email support and we will sort it out.
Open the app and make sure you are signed in, then check that notifications are allowed for GoalLine Cyberphone in your phone's settings. The app needs notification permission to ring when it is closed. If calls still do not come through, email support and tell us the phone and the number affected.
Your plan includes five local numbers in the area codes you choose, and you can add more, up to ten. Numbers are managed in the app under Settings → Numbers. If one of your numbers starts getting labeled as spam by the carriers, open Spam protection in the app — it shows how each carrier is labeling your lines and lets you ask for a fix.
Before you can text, carriers require your business to be registered and approved (Settings → Texting walks you through it, usually several business days). With an EIN every line can text; without one, one line can. Once approved, you can send and receive texts from your numbers. Texting one person works the way you would expect. If you put several people on one message, each of them receives their own separate, private text — they do not see one another, and each reply comes back to you as its own conversation.
Anyone who replies STOP to one of your numbers is opted out and we will refuse to text them again until they reply START. That is a carrier requirement, not a setting.
Voicemail, greetings and transcripts are in the app under Voicemail. Each of your numbers can have its own greeting.
Your plan and payment method are managed in the app under Settings → Billing, which opens secure checkout in your browser. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for how cancellation and any remaining balance are handled.
You can delete your account yourself, from inside the app: Settings → Delete account. That cancels your plan, releases your phone numbers, and deletes your contacts, messages, voicemail recordings and transcripts. A few records are kept afterwards because the law and the phone carriers require it — the details are in our Privacy Policy.
You can also delete individual contacts and call records at any time without closing your account.
